You will be responsible for:
-Customer Service #1 Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
-Supervising and motivating sales people and encourage to sell new and used vehicles.
-Managing sales, revenue and expense controls.
-Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required.
-Coordinate and lead regular sales meetings with the sales staff.
-Meet planned sales goals.
-Set individual sales target with the sales team.
-Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
-Ability to lead a sales team.
-Responsible for purchasing, appraising and managing inventory.
-Finance vehicles new and used.
-Train, coach and mentor new sales associates.
-Complete personal effective reviews.
-3-5 years experience in the Auto Industry
-Experience in Sales, Finance and Customer Service
-Strong Interpersonal capability
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent Leadership Skills
-Keen attention to detail
-Strong Communication Skills
-Valid Driver License.
- Full Time- 40 hours per week, Sunday and another day off during the week.
