Available Job Position : Sales Consultant - New and Used Car

As a key member of the Royal Ford team, the Sales Consultant brings to life the buying experience. Come join our team! We have the best Sales Dept. We make it easy! This position reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for managing all aspects of the New Car and Used Car Sales process from the point the customer walks into the dealership to the point of sale and beyond where the Sales Consultant will be passionate about building an ongoing relationship with the customer with the objective to create Brand loyalty.
We have a great training program. The Sales Consultant is an expert listener and is a master at executing each process within the Sales cycle. The Sales Consultant is results oriented and has an eagle eye for "the details".  They continually work at becoming a Product Knowledge expert and strive to provide each customer with a personalized retail experience. The Sales Consultant is focused on achieving sales targets and utilizes the tools provided to them to assist them in their mission (such as ongoing training). This is a salaried position. Available Job Position : Junior Accountant

Royal Auto Group is seeking a full time Junior Accountant with minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting/business and a strong interest/experience in the area of Personnel work, to work with the Owner/GM to support the business aims of Royal Auto Group.

Main duties:
   -Verify and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, cheques, invoices, and bank statements.
   - Effectively perform accounting and analysis tasks
   - Responsible for financial accounting and  reporting
   - Ensure that all finance activities align with appropriate accounting guidelines  
   - Improve the fiscal / financial systems, analysis and reporting at Royal Auto Group:
   - Identify and propose opportunities to improve business practices
   - Prepare and do monthly government remittances
   - Sustain full compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
   - Improve processes and controls between accounting and other departments.
   - Improve quality of analysis and reporting      
   - Prepare for Year End.
   - Improve productivity and quality of accounting work.
   - Support the owner/GM's decision-making with timely financial analysis and advise.
   - Update yearly insurance applications

Employment requirements:
- Knowledge and experience with Automotive platform is an asset but not required
- 1-2 years experience in accounting/business
- Strong attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate with a pleasant disposition, highly confidential and exercise extreme discretion to sensitive matters

Available Job Position : Service Advisor

-Develop Strong Relationships with Customer and Continue to develop the Relationship
-Greet customers on the phone or in the dealership, promptly and in a courteous manner
-Address customer questions/needs promptly and professionally
-Schedule appts. based on service calls
-Assist customers in scheduling appointments for routine maintenance and needed repair
Service Experience
-Identify service/part needs of customer vehicle to be serviced upon historical service data
-Provide repair and maintenance recommendations
-Advise customers of estimated service and repair costs and review details of service/ repair invoice with customer
-Explain the nature of the repairs
-Determine the progress of the repair/service orders and inform customer accordingly
-Handle all phone inquiries regarding work in progress, appointments, part orders, and return phone messages promptly
-Understand ordering of automotive parts
-Be Detailed Oriented
-Actively maintain the cleanliness of personal and team work spaces
-Keep service forms and pricing guides up to date
-Ensure all documentation/paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner
-Commit to Royal Ford Brand
-Stay up to date on the training requirements
