Available Job Position : Sales Consultant - New and Used Car

As a key member of the Royal Ford team, the Sales Consultant brings to life the buying experience. Come join our team! We have the best Sales Dept. We make it easy! This position reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for managing all aspects of the New Car and Used Car Sales process from the point the customer walks into the dealership to the point of sale and beyond where the Sales Consultant will be passionate about building an ongoing relationship with the customer with the objective to create Brand loyalty.
We have a great training program. The Sales Consultant is an expert listener and is a master at executing each process within the Sales cycle. The Sales Consultant is results oriented and has an eagle eye for "the details".  They continually work at becoming a Product Knowledge expert and strive to provide each customer with a personalized retail experience. The Sales Consultant is focused on achieving sales targets and utilizes the tools provided to them to assist them in their mission (such as ongoing training). This is a salaried position. Available Job Position : Administrative Bookkeeper

Royal Auto Group is seeking a full time Bookkeeper with minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting/ business, preferably with experience in accounts payable and receivable.
Main Duties:
-Verify and reconcile transactions such as accounts  payable and receivable, cheques, invoices, and bank statements
-Review the journal entries for deals that are posted and make adjustments if necessary
-Post journal entries
-Effectively perform administrative tasks such as paying out inventory, faxing in lien release payouts and posting the journal entries
-Prepare and do monthly government remittances (GST&PST&Tire Remittances)
-Responsible for monthly statements
-Ensure that all finance activities align with appropriate accounting guidelines
-Identify and propose opportunities to improve business practices within all departments
-Sustain full compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
-Help prepare documentation for Year End audit
-Assist with processing payroll, reconciling benefit payments, submitting payroll taxes
-Update yearly insurance applications, business licenses with the City Of Yorkton and other annual memberships
