Available Job Position : Sales Consultant - New and Used Car

As a key member of the Royal Ford team, the Sales Consultant brings to life the buying experience.Come join our team!We have the best Sales Dept.We make it easy!This position reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for managing all aspects of the New Car and Used Car Sales process from the point the customer walks into the dealership to the point of sale and beyond where the Sales Consultant will be passionate about building an ongoing relationship with the customer with the objective to create Brand loyalty.
We have a great training program. The Sales Consultant is an expert listener and is a master at executing each process within the Sales cycle. The Sales Consultant is results oriented and has an eagle eye for "the details".  They continually work at becoming a Product Knowledge expert and strive to provide each customer with a personalized retail experience. The Sales Consultant is focused on achieving sales targets and utilizes the tools provided to them to assist them in their mission (such as ongoing training). This is a salaried position. Available Job Position : Automotive Body Shop Technician

We are looking for an experienced 3rd or 4th year journeyman auto body technician. Painting, frame repair and aluminum welding expertise is an asset.

Skills:

Available Job Position : Service Advisor

Develop Strong Relationships with Customer and Continue to develop the Relationship
-Greet customers on the phone or in the dealership, promptly and in a courteous manner
-Address customer questions/needs promptly and professionally
-Schedule appts. based on service calls
-Assist customers in scheduling appointments for routine maintenance and needed repair
Service Experience
-Identify service/part needs of customer vehicle to be serviced upon historical service data
-Provide repair and maintenance recommendations
-Advise customers of estimated service and repair costs and review details of service/ repair invoice with customer
-Explain the nature of the repairs
-Determine the progress of the repair/service orders and inform customer accordingly
-Handle all phone inquiries regarding work in progress, appointments, part orders, and return phone messages promptly
-Understand ordering of automotive parts

Available Job Position : Service Receptionist

To answer all telephone inquiries in a timely, friendly and courteous manner.

Duties:
-Meet and greet all customers and make them feel at home.
-Answer all inquiries promptly in a courteous manner using Royal Auto Group PFD
-Transfer calls to appropriate associates.
-Transfer messages to the appropriate associate.
-Record all ins and outs of service staff/ sales and managers
-Check all incoming vehicles and handle all inquiries regarding campaign, Ford Smart,Ford Pass Rewards,updated emails, completions and information.
-Book customer appointments using Ford Smart.Drop off before 7:50am for repair.
-Educate customers on our appointment process, diagnosis, actual billing and any other questions they may have.
-Collect customers payments and issue receipts
-Receive mail, open as required, separate and deliver to the appropriate offices.
-Do clerical duties, filing, ordering supplies and administrative work as assigned.
-Keep customer lounge and children paly area tidy.
-PDI new vehicle into inventory
-Complete follow-up call to ensure survey is complete and customer is satisfied using PFD
-Perform other duties assigned by manager.
