Automotive Financial Advisor Royal Ford (Part-time)
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Finance Advisor to provide coverage on Fridays, Saturdays, and during vacation periods.
This role supports our full-time Finance Manager by maintaining the flow of deals, securing financing for guests, and upholding Royal Ford's high standards in customer care and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous auto dealership experience who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and wants to stay active in the industry on a flexible schedule.
Sales & Financing Support
Collaborate with Sales Associates to close vehicle deals efficiently and compliantly.
Present and explain financing and leasing options to guests.
Process credit applications and secure approvals through a variety of lenders.
Apply manufacturer incentives and verify deal structure accuracy.
Finalize and book deals within 48 hours of delivery.
Submit contracts to lenders and follow up on funding and payouts.
For unscheduled walk-ins, initiate credit application immediately unless with another guest.
Proficient with finance processes, basic math, and document accuracy.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an automotive dealership sales, finance, or admin roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build guest trust and rapport.
Organized and self-directed, with excellent attention to detail.
Familiarity with CDK, Elead, or similar dealership software is an asset.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the Sales Team.
Available for consistent weekend shifts and flexible vacation coverage.
